- Make sure to meet program ROI
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Program launch and go to market strategy
- Managing Client Engagement.
- Responsible for Market study and competition analysis
- Marketing and communications strategy for programs
- Prepare Analytics and Dashboard
- Monthly & Quarterly Review with Management and clients
- Team management
- Escalation Management
Requirements :
- Should have shown good growth and scale in programs
- Experience in having implemented programs
- Have designed and created good marketing and campaign strategies- and shown results
- Should have 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Very good communication
- People & Stakeholder Management Experience
- Should have experience working with different teams during project implementation, maintenance & support
- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.
Qualifications
- Preferably MBA in marketing
