Job Description :
- To make outgoing calls to customers & keep them informed about new products and services.
- To try and sell the products and services to people
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system researching, locating, and providing information
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired Requirements
Requirement :
- Fresher or 1 year of Customer Support Experience in service industry
- Track record of achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
- Excellent convincing skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
